About the Role

We are seeking a Presales Engineer with strong expertise in Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud solutions. This role is centered on building solutions, drafting technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, running Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and engaging directly with customers and partners.

Your responsibilities

• Assess client needs, build suitable solution architectures, and convert business and technical requirements into technically robust and commercially attractive offerings.

• Architect and pitch solutions spanning Networking, Security, Computing, Storage, and Cloud.

• Deliver technical presales assistance to channel partners, resellers, and internal sales teams.

• Draft BoQs, technical proposals, HLD/LLD documentation, RFP/RFQ responses, and compliance checklists.

• Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and PoCs for customers and partners.

• Interpret client requirements and recommend technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in ICT/Networking Presales.

• Solid understanding of networking, wireless, security, servers, storage, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Proficiency in solution architecture, BoQ development, technical proposal writing, and RFP/RFQ responses.

• Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, WLAN, Data Center, Network Security, and Cloud technologies.

• Ability to accurately read and interpret network diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.

• Relevant certifications in networking, wireless, security, or vendor-specific credentials are a plus.
